THE REVENE NETWORK RULE CODE 1.0 CHAT CODE 1.1. It is a violation to spam the chat. Spamming is defined as (a) repeating the same chat message multiple times or (b) using the same letter more than 4 times in a single chat message. Punishable by (a) Warning (b) temporary mute or ban (1h, 1d, 1m) (c) 1 year mute or ban 1.2. Disrespecting any player is against the rules. Disrespect is defined as (a) swearing directed at a player (b) rude behavior against another player (c) toxicity towards another player. Punishable by (a) Warning (b) temporary mute or ban (1h, 1d, 1m) (c) 1 year mute or ban 1.3. Usage of vulgar language is permitted unless it is (a) to an extreme extent or (b) directed at other players in a disrespectful manner. The aforementioned offenses are punishable by (a) Warning (b) temporary mute or ban (1h, 1d, 1m) (c) 1 year mute or ban 1.4. It is a violation to use more than 4 consecutive capital letters in a message. Punishable by (a) Warning (b) temporary mute or ban (1h, 1d, 1m) (c) 1 year mute or ban 1.5. Using special characters in the chat is a violation of code 3.3. Punishable by (a) Warning (b) temporary mute or ban (1h, 1d, 1m) (c) 1 year mute or ban 1.6. Advertising other servers or Discord servers is punishable by (a) temporary mute or ban (1h, 1d, 1m) (b) 1 year mute or ban 1.7. No forms of bullying, slurs, or harassment will be tolerated. 2.0 ALT ACCOUNT CODE 2.1. It is a violation to use an alt account to bypass a ban, mute, or warning. Punishable by IP-ban/mute 2.2. It is a violation to use an alt to impersonate a staff member or YouTuber. Punishable by temporary mute or ban 3.0 INGAME OFFENSES/PUNISHMENTS 3.1. All forms of cheating are not tolerated. Cheating is defined as the usage of a hacked client, console client, advantageous texture pack, or other add-on that may give the user an unfair advantage. Punishable by ban (14d, 1m, 1 year) 3.2. Wasting a staff member's time is strictly disallowed. Wasting time can be defined as asking useless questions or unnecessary holdups. Punishable by warning 3.3. All forms of exploiting are bannable. Exploiting is defined as abusing glitches or bugs to your own advantage. This includes illegal chat characters. Punishable by 14d, 1m, 1y 3.4. In the event of witnessing a player cheating, you are required to use the /report command to report the aforementioned player. Abuse of the /report command is punishable by temporarily revoking your privilege to use /report command for three days. 3.5. Accusing players of hacking/cheating is a violation. Accusing staff members of abuse is a violation. 4.0 PENAL CODE 4.1. All punishments are listed below. (a) Warning - Varying severity. Can slightly affect staff application chances. (b) Temporary Mute - Goes on your permanent record. Can affect staff application chances. (c) Temporary Ban - Goes on your permanent record. Can greatly affect staff application chances. 4.2. Punishments mentioned above are negotiable for reduced bans/mutes. If you believe you were falsely banned, muted, warned or would like to request a reduced ban/mute, you may appeal on the forums. 4.3. All punishment codes are listed below. (a) [SW] - Staff Witnessed. Used if punishment is dealt with in accordance to a staff member's personal witnessing. (b) [FR] - Forum Report. Used if punishment is in accordance with a report made on the forums. (c) [RS] - Report System. Used if punishment is in accordance with a report made with the /report system. (d) [AIP] - Admin Issued Punishment. Used if punishment is very severe, usually one year ban. 4.4. If a punishment reason includes (NO APPEAL), it is non-negotiable. 5.0 STAFF ORDINANCE CODE 5.1. All staff is to comply with staff guidelines given to them when hired. 5.2. Staffing is a volunteer job. No staff member shall be paid. 5.3. All staff is to be mature (can be silly at times). Immaturity is punishable by a demotion. 5.4. Any abuse of any permission granted by a staff role is punishable by a 1 year ban. 5.5. Players are to respect the decisions of staff members at all times. The staff has the final word. 5.6. In the event of coming across a bug or glitch, the staff member is required to report it immediately to higher staff (Admin+). 5.7. In the event of a demotion, demoted staff are to go with the decision without a hostile fight, although you may respectively debate without starting a flame war. 6.0 DISCORD CODE 6.1. All rules listed in section 1.0 apply to the Discord server. 6.2. Rule 5.5 is in effect on the Discord server. 6.3. Reports are to go on the Forums or /report. The Discord server is not the place for reports. 7.0 YOUTUBER ORDINANCE CODE 7.1. All rules listed in section(s) 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 apply to YouTubers. 7.2. YouTubers are to be mature (can be silly at times). 7.3. YouTubers are not to ask for extra permissions unless approved by Administration 7.4. Hackers/Cheaters are to be dealt with by staff, not YouTubers. There will be no "Staff Series." (unless permitted by Admin+) 7.5. YouTubers are not to use their rank to place themselves above other players. 7.6. Any abuse of the YouTuber rank is punishable by the removal of their rank. 8.0 OTHER RULES 8.1. All players are to obey these rules at all times. 8.2. Asking for ranks or permissions is a violation and is punishable by a warning.
